Drop by Anan in Saigon: http://vietcetera.com/anan-saigon-review/

    Thanks for watching!

  2. I was in Hanoi last year and had the best pho located in old quarter Hanoi, people lined up and it cost me last than $3 for a big bowl with tons of 3 different kinds of beef and tendon and beef balls, tongue and brisket and a whole plate of herbs and chilles ! I wouldn’t mind tasting that $100 pho for experience tho…

  3. 12:00 SHUT UP🤣🤣🤣🤣GET THE FEELING THAT IF HE HAD A HAND FREE THAT CAR WOULD HAVE GOT THIS 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕

  4. You are a foreigner — You did not know the taste of pho. Hanoi is the capital of Pho. 100 dollars for Pho is a riff off. Most of these Pho shops know foreigners did not know the taste; therefore, they will cheat and lie to you. The best way is to have a local chef or someone local lived in the area guide you. Pho in Hanoi the taste is different, more authentic. Pho in Saigon -Anan for $100 dollars is a riff off. I was in this shop when I visit VN. It is not worth $100.00 dollars.

  5. $100 pho . LOL! That bowl was worth 20 bucks if that. Seven different cuts of beef? Like it's something special. You can get that in Westminster, Ca. for $12.99 . LOL! Tell that guy in the apron to use a stove instead of a torch. That's where the extra 80 bucks was for. No pho is worth $100 unless you throw in 4-5 lobsters into the bowl. That joint was intended for commie kids to burn daddy's money stolen from the people.

  6. China dominated Vietnam for three decades and the first Chinese landing to North Vietnam by boat (boat people) in Hanoi. Chinese star the noodle pho from there, but not with soup but Chinese eat with rice. Vietnamese put more water and cook eat with noodle now call phi. Traditional 12 difference Chinese herb to cook traditional pho.

  7. Love Pho Bac. Always. Pho Nam has too much sugar. People in the South like things that are sweeter. I prefer the delicate sweetness of the beef bone marrow with subtle spices.

  8. A lot of people complain about a $100 pho being too expensive. Nowadays a JR burger costs $6 bucks. Imagine all of the meat in the bowl. 1 pack of brisket is already $10 at the store. Think about all of that time that they have to clean the broth. It takes a minimum of 12 hours to get the flavor from the beef and bones. I have saw Kobe Beef going at $200 for only a piece.

  9. All these videos are way too hyped up. Everything is just AMAZING, WOW!!! Like, seriously.. 22:30 "Have you ever seen a chunk of meat that big!?" Yeah, every time I buy a steak at the store.

  10. @ 15:02 it sounded like he paused because he was going to say "flavor town" but changed it to "flavor city" possibly because of Guy Fieri always saying "flavor town"?

  11. as a Vietnamese, I personally prefer cơm xườn ( broken rice) to Phở. phở is only suitable with cool climate in the northern part of Vietnam

  12. People knocking on the 100.00 pho are cheap ass people and people who dont appreciate the Chefs qaulity of work he has put in. Everyone has their own opinions and perspectives but dont put down a person if you yourself can't even recreate something of the same or better version.
