This is my highly requested 5 min daily booty workout for wider hips at home with no equipment that keeps me active, healthy and feeling good! I don’t do these to lose weight or build muscle but simply to stay healthy.

  1. Keeping my same way I'm doing my last workout today I need my butt workout I'm doing plenty of butt workout that's my new thing I'm doing since I finished my yoga No More yoga I'm doing workout with my butt getting my butt big that's why I've been eating Slim Jim carrots ground beef beans

  3. There are several components to increasing bottom size. One place I discovered which succeeds in merging these is the Magic butt Blueprint (google it if you're interested) definately the most useful remedy i've heard of.look at the super info .

  4. I don't care what no one says but it takes motivation and doing exercises daily. I had a pancake butt, now I have some pads like her. I started in May this year been doing 100sqats as my main builder then adding weights. Anyone can get ASS🤗
