  4. hey! (imma’ update everyday for a week). day one: it’s not painful like everyone says so (maybe because i’m use to doing workouts). day two: no pain at all, same thing.. no results .

  5. now it's been 2 weeks I'm doing this routine and feel something change on my butt,, thank you for this video it's hard at the first 123 days but then it's OK after a week

  6. day 1: omg this was so hard i don't feel my legs. I skipped the fourth exercise because my legs hurt sooo bad. it's not hard for my butt but my things are dying.
