  1. Saw him live in Edinburgh a few weeks before lockdown started, and it made up for everything else I'm going to miss this year. Genuinely the best gig I've been to, split perfectly in half between his ambient piano and tunes like this and Emerald Rush. For half the set the audience sat in enraptured silence listening to his piano. and for the other half the whole of the Usher Hall was stood up, raving. Never seen a gig like it: it was the perfect way to end my second year at uni before corona hit, so grateful.

  2. This is so.. hypnotizing. It's 5:00 a.m. also, just the tune for my liking. I'm plaid fan never heard of Jon Hopkins, but I see that was missing out.

  3. Some people should just be locked in a cage, fed a diet of soylent and LSD, and forced to produce music all day every day for the rest of us. The needs of the many outweigh those of the few.

  4. Anyone Wishing to enliven there own open eye signal, I find dark chocolate 65% or upwards does help eat a lot of it aswell as Wim Hof breathing, combined with of course emerceing yourself in your favourite Art an music an joyess experiences. Wim is right you get a deeper connection to yourself and this Universe we are all within.

  5. What a simple yet beastly tune, thank you all for having good tastes in music, we are the few, but that is enough for me =D

  6. 2:00 – 2:22: The pain in his journey. Even though he's facing severe difficulties during his runaway journey, he is still determined to keep going, move forward, and never look back.

  7. I used to listen to this music when I was deeply depressed, numb and carrying the after effects of drug use. This means so much to me..So so so much.

  8. I just realized that the bassline of the song sounds like a power generator on the deep Background.
I was on a music festival when someone said "listen! it's open eye signal!" but we were passing by a big generator that feeds a reflector.

    Just listen:
