  7. encouraging animal products ,,, really? guess ima have to block your channel this is very missleading information for recovery,, the common medical degree brain wash with no knowledge of nutrtion at all,,, and the little that they have is corrupted,, just like more then half of nutritionist stupid enough to get into the new fat fads of industry funded research (lately was the avocado oils and ,, oh i dont remember a new/old plant name put into oils as well,, or new suplements,, (btw all suplements are toxic,, even b12 tho b12 is necessary,, just dont take as much as those corrupted assholes in natural places tell you to pick,, oh and your all being suplemented without knowledge if you not WFPB witch is very toxic in long term more for some),,,

    crazy vulnerable how hard it is to stop poisoning yourself and how honest researchs can never catch up to money goals researchs,, would cost too much and usually take a long studie to denounce those,, as well as they cant be marketted as efficiently as the ones offering you a fatty drug food

  10. I am a wheelchair user from birth. Which means inherent bone loss. I am 52 & still have a monthly cycle. I am in osteoporosis. I built my own home gym. seated cross trainer / parallel bars. For walking / weight bearing. Need suggestions for modified spine strengthening exercises.

  11. After reading many papers on the epidemiology, etiology, pathophysiology, risks, treatment, diagnosis and prognosis of osteoporosis, this video summarizes everything I've read in less than 10 minutes. Perfect!!

  12. The study, published in the journal Osteoporosis International, also revealed that high intake of potassium salts significantly reduces the excretion of calcium and acid in urine. "This means that excess acid is neutralized and bone mineral is preserved," said lead author Dr Helen Lambert from the University of Surrey. This is probably related to more elderly people that have stomach ph issues.
