  1. We're super excited about this episode of "Why, Anime?" and we hope you enjoy it. 👀

What would you like to see explained on "Why, Anime?" 🤔

Coming soon to Get in the Robot ✨🤖✨
    • Anime Food 🍜
    • Naruto 🍥
    • Quirks Explained 🤓

  2. 🤯 How am I Only Just Now Finding This Channel?!!! Absolutely L♡VE Every Single Video that I've watched put out by you guys, I can see now that I'm gonna have to make it a binge watching kinda day(s)!🥰🍿🖥👍😁🥰

  3. Well Genos is called Demon Cyborg so that could be a reason, also thank god you said that there are exceptions because I thought you were calling Genos and Mina as evil

  4. I love that you cited the cultural psychology research! 😀 also, to deepen the empirical goodies: the cultural difference in focusing on the eyes because they are harder to control is especially relevant in japan because it is a cultural context with strong values around face (public face, private self, saving face for self and others) 😀 so then if we're working on maintaining face, we'll be able to control the mouth movements but not so much the eyes! 😀 in the USA, there isn't so much concern with public face so we don't put as much effort (relatively speaking) into controlling the mouth reactions. There are also other reasons for the facial expression norms in different cultures but I'll stop here XD

  5. I want an anime where different characteres of different ages are drawn depending on the time they would have beem Born

  6. It feels so weird how they mostly ignore the history of manga styles even though those anime shows generally aim to mimic how original manga look.
